Adore is an original Transmedia franchise property, composed of interwoven narratives that are told through multiple media platforms designed to immerse the user in a unique and magical universeAdore is an innovative transmedia franchise currently in the packaging and pre-production phase of development. Adore will release core internet interaction, graphic novels and merchandising and evolve into film, toys, mobile applications, and gaming. We have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the media and online technology industries and an agile business model where each transmedia franchise will be its own legal entity consisting of Witchfactory Productions, strategic partners and investors. In this model funds will flow back into Witchfactory Productions through original rights assignments, licenses, royalties, consultancy fees and share dividends.
The Adore Universe
There is a world inside our own, filled with fantasy and danger. The creatures that live there face pretty much the same things we do – only they look better, fly faster, crash quicker and cheat . . . mostly they stay far away from our wandering eyes, some live in the daylight, some only come out at night. If you look carefully you may catch a glimpse them, but it is probably best that you don’t…
Transmedia Universe
This interactive and immersive universe will be connected to our audience via multiple platforms, including: Film, TV, Online Video, Console Games, Comic Books, Novels, Manga features, Internet and social media interactions, Mobile and Merchandising.
Franchise
The Adore franchise encompasses an unlimited number of stories within its Transmedia universe, designed to reach the consumer through multiple media sources. Through films, social media, graphic novels, traditional novels, merchandise, web distributed content, massively multi-player online games, console games, and other means, the user is fully immersed in the threaded stories which run throughout the Adore universe.
Background
Adore was first conceived as a musical theater project in the UK, but when Philip and Lauren realized its full potential, they asked Jasmine Becket-Griffith to become part of the design team. Jasmine offered a model for characters and worlds and when possible content formats were reviewed, they all seemed to fit, so the world was developed to span multiple platforms form the start.
Our Vision
Witchfactory Productions and Starlight Runner Entertainment are currently laying the foundations for a transmedia franchise that will ultimately deliver cross-platform content, including movies, console games, mobile applications, toys, merchandise and a social media driven internet portal providing interactive content to millions of subscribers.
